INGREDIENTS
1 1/3 cups of plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup soy milk
3/4 cup dark beer
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
METHOD
1. In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. Pour in the milk, beer, oil and vanilla, and mix well until everything is combined into a doughy mix.
3. Turn on the waffle iron, spray with cooking oil and pour in the batter. Cook for about 20 minutes.
